Summary:

The New Boston Municipal Court chose InTouch because it is a very user friendly program and because of the people I dealt with before the purchase. Everyone had time to answer questions. I have used the InTouch program for a month now and really like the ease of entering and disposing of citations. I of course am learning new things it will do for me every day. The fact that it breaks down and does the daily general ledger for me is a big help. It also does my reports and allows me to send them electronically which saves time and paper.

The support personnel is very quick to get back with me and work out any problem I might be having. I really appreciate their patience and willingness to explain things to me.
