Summary:
Casper made the decision to purchase and implement InTouch™ eCRM in September of 2004. The driving factor for them was the need to consolidate and improve the many ways that they were currently tracking issues in the various departments – to increase service levels to their citizens. Thomas Forslund, City Manager and Linda Witko, Assistant City Manager saw the CRM system as a necessity rather than a luxury.
The city’s project team is currently working with MMI Internetworking to integrate InTouch™ eCRM with their GIS system to allow for address standardization as well as the ability to create Public Services work orders out of current issues.
