Trophy Club recently approved the purchase of the InTouch™ Municipal Court System. Beth Ann Gregory, Community Services Director, explained to us that they needed a better system that would allow them to grow and create efficiencies in their court. She also explained that the system needs to be better integrated with their finance system and provide better logging of transactions. Trophy Club currently utilizes the InTouch™ Citizen Relationship Management (eCRM) system provided by MMI Internetworking.
