Summary:
Richland Hills made the decision to implement InTouch™ Citizen Relationship Management (eCRM) to improve issue management across departments. Richland Hills has a population of nearly 8,200 and is located in the DFW metroplex. Mr. James Quin, City Manager, is eager to have his staff begin utilizing a system to capture and monitor issues and requests throughout the entire organization. He is focused on improving citizen service and his ability to report on issues that are submitted. With limited budget, Mr. Quin was pleased to hear that he could implement such a package at an affordable price.
Once the system goes live with the administrative staff, they will begin working with MMI Internetworking to setup and turn on the website module which will allow citizens to have 24 hour access to submit issues and service requests to city hall. The system will also allow citizens to access the city’s policies and procedures, as well as status updates to the requests that they submit.
