"Before utilizing the InTouch software, the communication between citizens, field workers and City staff was difficult. There were many miscommunications due to not being able to obtain follow-up from field workers to relay to citizens. The break down really started to become a customer service issue on many levels. The need to track citizen concerns was also a major issue for City leaders. This software has given us the ability to not just track issues, but to provide exceptional follow-up as well as the ability to follow trends in service calls. By following these trends we are able to be proactive on behalf of our citizens and divert a problem before it occurs. All of that is possible due to the information that we retain in this software.
