Intouch™ Software was recently contacted by Louis Zacharilla, Director of Development from Intelligent Community Forum, for information on the Intouch™ Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) product to be considered as a finalist for the Intelligent Community Technology of the Year award. Mr. Zacharilla learned about the technology at the Innovations Group (IG) eCommunity Summit conference that was held in Blacksburg, VA in 2005. InTouch™ submitted the proper information and was excited to be informed that its CRM product was chosen as a top 3 finalist for the prestigious award. “Although Intouch™ did not win this year, our team is very excited to be in the position that we are”, stated Richard Hill, Vice President Sales and Marketing.
